Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Odessa, Texas - Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting new business and existing accounts within the Industrial/Oil & Gas Industries. This role requires the person to correctly input orders, quotes, and ensure day to day customer needs are met. PVF Experience Required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Help deliver product information to customers.
Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant customer issues, pricing and billing procedures, and collections status.
Remain knowledgeable of company?s products, market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
Take over the phone orders from outside sales and customers
Check availability on material in stock and when not in stock, locate and give customer ETA on when material will arrive on location.
Ensure freight charges are billed on tickets to customers when material is shipped on thierd party carriers. Collect packing list and received PO?s from warehouse.
Check frequently email for orders or incoming quotes.
Ensure quotes and orders are done in a timely manner, meeting deadlines from sales team and customers.
Carefully review PO numbers and dollar mounts to ensure they are correct.
Support drivers and warehouse personnel as needed.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
General supervision: routine duties are performed with minimal supervision; standard practices or procedures allow me to proceed alone at routine work; occasional check of work while in progress; work is reviewed upon completion.
