We provide a technology driven solution to the critical risk management task of requesting, collecting, and verifying certificates of insurance. Our clients span the United States and are in many major industries including Property Management, Construction, Hospitality, Energy, etc.
We are looking for an enthusiastic talent recruitment specialist to develop and deliver innovative recruiting strategies. The Talent Recruiter will own the recruiting culture and initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline for technology, sales, and insurance service roles.
As a Talent Recruiter, you must be an effectively communicate and build relationships internally and externally. You must be eager and able to promote myCOI?s unique career opportunities in our fast growing and collaborative team environment.
Within this role, you are the front line for talent sourcing within the community. You are expected to engage and align top talent with each open position.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with senior leaders on creative hiring strategies for a rapidly growing and innovative team
Effectively promote myCOI?s industry leading software and services to engage top talent
Own recruitment culture within a thriving organization that is on track for significant team growth
Recruit top performers to fill myCOI?s exciting and unique career opportunities
Fill roles in all company departments, including software development, sales and marketing, and commercial insurance customer service
Source applicants through recruitment activities such as online postings, social media engagement, local marketing, and community involvement
Continually expand network and maintain effective relationships with social and professional groups to source qualified candidates
Perform sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, Predictive Index assessment and reference checks
Attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent for harder to fill positions
Provide regular updates and feedback to senior leaders
Deliver new hire onboarding and orientation
Experience/Skills
Substantial recruiting or talent acquisition experience in the technology industry
3-10 years of recruiting experience
Strong ability to screen, interview, and onboard an ideal candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
Clear and effective communication skills
Extensive knowledge of direct sourcing techniques
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Proven aptitude to execute in a fast-paced professional environment
Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
Ability to develop creative and effective recruiting strategies
