Order Processor (Flooring Company) Job Opening in Daytona Beach, Florida - Tile-It Industries, Inc. (A Subsidiary of Interior Logic Group, Inc.) is the premier installer of new residential construction flooring and finished interiors. We are seeking an Order Processor for our Daytona Beach, FL location to join our Operations/Order Processing team.
Primary responsibility of the Order Processor will consist of managing flooring data and installation data that will be entered into the RFMS operational system. The role also includes interpreting drawings; creating and managing excel spreadsheets; review and validation of builder contracts, PO?s and schedule dates; relationship building with internal customers on the account and field management; and external vendor and builder customers. Additionally, the candidate will be able to provide support services to the Order Processing department by fulfilling the job duties indicated below.

Core functions:
Interpret drawings & builder-specific starts, PO?s, selection documents, mini-plans & estimating forms then enter that information into the RFMS system prior to materials being ordered
Review accuracy of entries, costs of service, costs of materials and revenue per job
Communicate changes and questions to internal associates and external builder customers leading to proper scheduling and order clarifications or revisions
Report and audit portions of data in Excel and Word per each customer or builder
Operate office equipment including but not limited to computers, calculators, copier, fax, and scanners
Other duties as assigned
Additional Beneficial Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative employment experience with 2-year minimum in an office environment
Strong understanding of computers (Microsoft Office and especially Excel) and mathematical skills
Positive attitude
Attention to detail and ability to see those details through the scope of the job
Floor covering or construction preferred but not required
Experience with RFMS operating system is preferred but not required
Knowledge of architectural plans and all types of flooring materials as well as the installation process preferred but not required
Driven by challenges, highly motivated with an ability to effectively self-manage time properly and prioritize multiple responsibilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills, thrive on face to face interaction, with a proven track record exceptional customer service capacity
Comprehensive understanding of IBC & TCA standards preferred
