Landcastle Title Company is offering an exciting opportunity to join our fast growing team as a Sales Executive in the Daytona/New Smyrna Area for our business partner, Professional Title. Our primary clients are Realtors and lenders and we are seeking an experienced Title Insurance Sales Rep, Real Estate Agent, or Mortgage Loan Officer to be an area salesperson. In this position you would call on Realtors, lenders, and financial service professionals to develop and retain a quality client base. Additionally, you would seek new business development opportunities and maintain some existing customers. Ideal candidates will have a title insurance and/or real estate background. The compensation for this job is base salary plus commission and auto allowance. Essential Functions would include but are not limited to:
· Secure in person, face to face meetings with target prospects to acquire their business
· Communicate with management and interface with all production staff to fulfill the position?s functions
· Be capable of communicating effectively to large groups
· Assess client needs and present solutions in a consultative fashion
· Remain highly visible by attending industry related functions, community events, trade shows, Realtor board meetings, networking groups etc.
Qualifications:
· 1 -2 years minimum outside sales and industry related experience
· Computer skill level aptitude to manage data, complete sales reports, and create sales presentations
· Strong phone aptitude for Power Hour weekly calling
· Documented history of business development experience
· Ability to build and maintain business relationships
· Be motivated and organized to manage time effectively
· Must have a valid driver?s license and have ability to travel
