Duties & Responsibilities The person in this position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business owners by offering benefit communication, enrollment services, and financial protection benefits at the worksite. You will NOT be selling insurance to employees. Our Benefit Counseling team takes care of that process.
Prospecting, Decision Maker Presentations, Account Management, Group Meetings, Enrollment Working Condition Solutions.

This position provides:
OUR Average Reps make - $3k to $7k Per Month

Previous sales experience preferred
Life and Health Insurance License is required, but can be attained during the onboarding process. Colonial Life pays part of the online training to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License for unlicensed candidates that are selected ($150 Value).
Bi-Lingual (English + Spanish) is a PLUS.
