Sales Assistant Job Opening in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin - The Osthoff Resort, a AAA Four Diamond resort, is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant in our Sales department. This full time position offers direct support to the resort?s Sales Managers and will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate sales manager, checking availability, preparing sales contracts and correspondents, handling client amenities, processing gift certificate requests, conducting client site inspections when necessary, in addition to daily administrative duties such as copying, filing, assembling sales kits and other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience that includes at least one year of administrative assistance or executive secretarial experience in a fast paced professional office setting. Candidates should have exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office software, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task with the spirit of service and hospitality.
