Job Description:
As a Sales Rep for Fire & Storm damage, you will be assessing the customers home for the damages their home has received due to either severe storm damage (caused by hail, excessive rain, heavy winds, flooding) or damage due to a house fire (which can result in severe water damage, smoke damage, actual fire damage, etc). You will be expected to write up an accurate estimate efficiently for the customer and insurance company while keeping an open line of communication with them as well.

Inspect & assess damage to customers home efficiently and accurately to create an estimate that will be given to customer and insurance company.
Meet or exceed sales goals
Complete required reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy
Thoroughly review the estimate with customer and insurance company as needed and keep them updated throughout the restoration process from start to finish
Be able to acquire signatures on contracts, get the restoration job sold & started as fast as possible as getting our customers lives back to normal as quick as possible is our goal
Be extremely proactive about marketing our restoration services and produce new leads
Qualifications:
Has at least a minimum of 1 year experience in restoration services
Sell and close contracts
Excellent communication skills and be able to be empathetic towards customers during their time of crisis
Ability to work & produce in an extremely competitive environment
Ability to work independently, have a strong work ethic, be reliable, have good time management, make good decisions without the guidance of your superior if need be
Must be able to climb ladders and walk on roofs
Must be able to lift at least 55lbs
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have a smart phone with internet
Compensation:
Pay will depend on experience. Our compensation is highly competitive.
