Sales/Business Development Representative Job Opening in Frederick, Maryland - Busy Title Company is seeking a title services/business development representative to service existing client base and grow own book of business. Previous title insurance/real estate experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
Majority of time will be spent in the Frederick and Northern Montgomery County area and responsibilities will include:
Attending events on behalf of the company including real estate office functions
Meeting frequently with existing clients
Expanding company footprint. ( Leads will frequently be provided)
Prepare and deliver presentations
Transportation and excellent communication skills are a must
Title producer license will be required
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a well established title company with a large client base recently expanding into this territory. Base salary plus generous commission package
