Sales Consultant Job Opening in Baltimore, Maryland - As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers. You will build strong customer relationships that are based on authentic ongoing engagement. You are responsible for selling a full range of telecommunications products and services to our guests in a professional and customer friendly approach. You'll be instrumental in helping increase overall store sales... You will know your goals and targets and reach to excel at those consistently.
You must have the ability to multitask, display basic math skills, flexibility to work retail hours, sales skills, and problem solving skills. In addition, please highly motivated, eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.
You are expected to:::
Achieve personal sales goals as set by Store Manager and monthly commission plan
Represent the store in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service
Stay current with A Wireless products and promotions
Help clients make the best purchase decision based on their individual needs
Accept and process payments for customers and from customers
Answer customers' questions or concerns
Provide advice to customers regarding all A Wireless/Verizon products and services
Advises customers on utilization and care of merchandise, products and services.
Maintain sales records for inventory control
Assist in display of merchandise and overall store presentation.
Handle all returns courteously and professionally
Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control standards and all A Wireless Policies and procedures

Required Skills
Education/ Experience Requirements
High School diploma, AA preferred
1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Ability to bend, squat and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking
Requirement to stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service
Experience::
Some level of experience is preferred.
