We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work in the student loan department for a bank in West Knoxville.
HOURS : Must be available to work three day shifts (8-5p) and two night shifts (11-8p), in addition to a Saturday 10-4p every 1 to 2 months.
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years' experience financial services and/or consumer lending
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related
Sales driven, ambitious, and motivated

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the new client application process by gathering data, answering questions. etc.
Communicate politely with customers via phone, text messaging, and email to gather information to make appropriate decisions and explain rationale behind credit decision
Accurate and timely follow up with prospective clients? applications
Provide advice and help to customers regarding the Bank?s services
Maintain accurate records of correspondence or discussions with customers
