Job Summary:
The primary role of an Inside Sales team member is to generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, and providing technical information to service customer?s needs and develop accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned.
Identify sales opportunities by analyzing and summarizing competitor and market information and trends.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport with existing customer base, provide technical information and explanations, and preparing quotes.
Close new accounts by responding to and e-mail inquiries. Verify and enter information from these inquiries.
Fill orders utilizing sales order and inventory system. Communicate expected delivery dates with customers.
Develop customer accounts by checking customer?s buying history to suggest related and new items while explaining technical features.
Maintain inventory system including monthly inventory count.
Place orders to maintain necessary inventory levels.
Prepare shipments to customers utilizing UPS or other shipping software.
Understand the company?s goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the company?s performance.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.
Some travel with occasional overnight stays.
QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years experience in related field.
Establishes and exploits good, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, key institutions other relevant bodies.
Proficient at operation MS Office system
Good interpersonal skill
Familiarity with HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and process piping systems is preferred.
Must have ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Honest, self-motivated, good team work
Fluent written & verbal English communications
Ability to lift 75lbs.
Clean driving record.
