We will provide a guaranteed base salary + commission, leads and training.
Role Requirements:
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Proven track record of a successful sales background
Prospecting and generating new business through leads, networking and referral sources
Excellent skills
Career minded vision
Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license
Be able to obtain or currently possess a Life and Health insurance license
Bilingual - Spanish preferred (but not required)
