Inside Sales Job Opening in Petoskey, Michigan - Consolidated Electrical Distributors, DBA All-Phase Electric in Petoskey, MI has an opportunity for a Sales Trainee. The Sales Trainee will participate in an intensive, 1 to 1 1/2 year program that will take them through each job function of an electrical distributor. Participating individuals will work their way from the ground up, shadowing the location manager and their employees. Training will occur through on-the-job mentoring, structured at-home coursework and classroom led trainings provided both internally and through our vendor partners. Qualified candidates will demonstrate integrity, honesty and accountability. The ability to earn credibility and build relationships with new and existing customers is essential. Successful Trainees will differentiate themselves from their competitors through exceptional customer service and hard work. Trainees must exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and creative skill set. After completing the program, trainees will transition into an Account Representative role, servicing a designated account base within a given territory. An accredited college degree is preferred, but not required. This opportunity is for the Petoskey, MI location. Candidates may be subject to a drug screening and background check.
