Bill Review Nurse Job Opening in Golden, Colorado - Advance Talent is currently searching for a Bill Review Nurse (RN/LPN) to work on site in a full time role for an outstanding company located in Golden, Colorado.

What knowledge, skills and abilities are important in this role?
Active and unrestricted license; three (3) years of clinical practice experience required.
BSN preferred; willing to consider a LPN with the right skill set.
Background in ICU, ER, Critical Care, Med Surg required; additional experience in chart auditing, bill review, or case management are a plus.
Experience in coding / billing helpful.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness and ability to work do what is needed to accomplish workload demands.
Delivery of high quality work is critical.
Ability to review payment information against Medicare and billing guidelines to make determinations relating to the appropriateness of payments.
Strong attention to detail, investigative and deductive reasoning skills are a must.
Must be able to make decisions and conclusions when working with limited information using reference materials and strong problem-solving skills.
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook); intermediate Excel skill level critical, to include: ability to manipulate a spreadsheet, use formulas, work with pivot tables, run macros within existing spreadsheets; some training provided.
Able to receive constructive feedback and maintain a positive attitude; must be flexible in dealing with change.
