We are the hidden backend fulfillment and services agency for some of the top Ad Agencies in the industries we serve. We have a need for an Account Coordinator to provide client service and administrative support to account executives and clients, primarily in the Automotive vertical. The Account Coordinator works with all departments to help manage the flow of creative and program materials from client inception to final delivery, ensuring client program success and overall happiness.
The ideal candidate enjoys a fast paced environment, is very detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects & deadlines, can work independently, and has excellent client management skills.

Responsibilities
Managing client materials for multiple projects across full campaign duration to ensure delivery requirements and objectives are accomplished
Building a thorough understanding of client?s product
Remain active in client initiatives and strategy projects
Create client facing emails and reports
Enter campaign orders and details into production management system
Proactively identify potential issues and find creative solutions beforehand
Exhibit amazing client and intracompany communication and support
Quality control and assurance over all creative and reporting assets
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
College degree preferred
1+ general years of knowledge or experience in an space is helpful
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude is a must!!
Ability to remain organized and demonstrate a strong attention to detail
Strong background and understanding of client service
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Plus: Experience with Adobe Creative suite and Social Media
