Today is a very exciting time to work in real estate! Sibcy Cline is seeking qualified individuals to provide exemplary residential real estate services in the growing Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Greater Dayton, and SE Indiana markets.
This is a full-time independent contractor position with a commission salary. This sales position offers unlimited opportunity and income potential. While beneficial, sales experience is not necessary. An interested candidate must be willing to obtain a state real estate license and participate in professional development and business building activities.

Responsibilities:
Create a strong personal and professional network and participate in lead generating activities
Assist buyers and sellers in purchasing and marketing properties for the best price and best terms
Coordinate and conduct listing appointments, showings, and open houses
Oversee sales process from beginning to close, documenting and maintaining strong communication between parties
Partner with other industry professionals through sales process to ensure a timely closing
Research and study local and national real estate market trends
