THE SUPPORT: You will receive the support of our team and team leader, Matt Greco. We also have one of the most robust CRM and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the details which will free you to focus on the prequalified leads that we will supply as well as the appointments we will set. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, and the latest technology. YOU SHOW UP AND SELL and HELP PEOPLE with the American Dream of Home Ownership!

You get all the tools that make you successful - contact management system, direct training from the team leader, Matt Greco, listing and buyer presentations, leads as well as appointments and we will set a lot of them for you. New agents on The North Land Realty Team are earning $50,000 plus annually. Experienced agents are over six figures.
YOUR PROMISE TO US: The Onboarding Process will require a full time commitment. You will attend weekly time blocked sessions to learn our systems and understand our tools. At each of the classes you will learn new skills and techniques. Then you will develop an action plan and implement these actions before the next meeting. As your coach, we will hold you accountable. We know you can do better than the Average Agent! You can get there, we can help!

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM.
Convert leads from customers to clients.
Presenting to prospects.
Showing homes to clients.
Write and negotiate contracts for clients.
Guide 24 to 48 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.
Leverage referrals from satisfied clients.
Qualifications:
Sales experience and a track record of success in any industry (No Real Estate experience required)
Pleasing demeanor
Must enjoy helping people
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people
Can handle a large workload and efficiently prioritize
Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
