SUMMARY:
Leads the Branch/Region effort with Xerox production and assists account reps with uncovering and closing any light production / production sales opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Works with Branch or Region sales team and System Analysts to produce or assist with customer presentations, pricing, proposals, scopes of work, project plans, or any other necessary items related to light production / production sales
· Takes the lead as the branch subject matter expert of Xerox light production systems and solutions.
· Serves as the liaison with the regional Xerox iGen Tiger
· Demonstrates the ability to present and demonstrate all Xerox light production systems and solutions
· Provides on-going light production / production product knowledge training to sales and support teams to include, but not limited to, product certifications and demo certifications
· Determines market strategies & goals for each product and service; maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
· Tracks and reports weekly light demo totals to the High Volume Team leader
· Tracks and reports monthly light sales and sales forecasts to the High Volume Team Leader and the Vice President of Sales
· Shares successes and best practices with the High Volume Team and with all account reps on a weekly basis
· Researches and develops lists of potential customers; follows up on sales leads and conducts prospecting efforts on potential customers; closes sales in a professional and effective manner
· Contacts all current and zero-based customers on a consistent basis
· Establishes and maintains long-term professional relationships
· Meets established sales quotas and revenue goals on a consistent and month to month basis
· Develops an annual Business Plan to be reviewed and updated quarterly
