Terrific opportunity for up to (8) new or experience American Born (preferred) Internal Medicine physicians desiring to practice in a hospital-employed small traditional medical group providing outpatient care . There is a brand new practice site that will be open in January 2018. is open to Board Certified, American Trained (preferred) experienced physicians and Board Eligible American trained (preferred) 2017 - 2018 Residents. , J1, H-1B visas.
Average volume is 18-25 patients per day and call is telephone only 1:6.
The beginning base salary is $225,000 and is guaranteed for years one and two. Compensation after the guarantee period converts to a production basis. Signing bonus is $25,000. Interview expenses for potential candidates are paid and a relocation package up to $15,000 is provided.
Fringe benefits are comprehensive including BCBS health insurance, dental insurance, short-term medical leave, long term disability, three tiered retirement plan (non-contributory) defined benefit plan, 403b, and match program, four(4) weeks paid vacation, one(1) week paid CME, $5,000 annual CME fund (includes travel, registration fees, meals, journals, and professional association dues), paid licenses and permits (state medical license, state drug license, DEA, and local business permits), deferred compensation plan, professional liability insurance, and student loan forgiveness.
