Drug Testing Coordinator Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - Recovery Healthcare Corporation, a leading provider of treatment and offender monitoring services, with corporate offices in Dallas, TX, is looking for a full-time candidate for the Drug Testing Coordinator position in our San Antonio office as part of our continuous monitoring solutions to courts, probation & parole, treatment providers, and other agencies.
Specific Responsibilities :
Provision of general oversight and supervision for the Central Office Drug Testing Program and delivery of drug testing information and assistance to company staff and governmental agencies in the absence of the Drug Testing Program Administrator.
Administers Urinal Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures. (We will train and certify.)
Perform in-office drug tests on same-sex clients
Ensure the daily shipment of urine samples and drug patch specimens to the appropriate laboratory for testing
Apply, replace and remove drug patches from clients and forward to laboratory for detection of illicit substances
Manages daily communication, billing, and maintenance items.
Must have reliable transportation
Basic Qualifications :
2 years of proven customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred
Supervisory experience of at least 10 employees
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of Customer Service
Full-time position
Medical/Dental/Life insurance after 60 days.
Vacation and sick leave after 180 days.
