The Accounting Manager will wear many hats and the position will evolve over time based on the company needs.
Accounting Manager Job Duties
Help create, implement and oversee all accounting systems related to the business.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Audit inventories for accuracy.
Run daily reports for auditing.
Audit and input payroll bi-weekly.
Oversee credit card processing and merchant services.
Produce an accurate weekly P&L.
Oversee gift and loyalty cards.
Security of all confidential documents.
Oversee and manage the company checkbook.
Conduct weekly petty cash log and safe audit.
Onboarding of new staff.
Oversee all benefits all employee files and audit for accuracy quarterly.
