Medical Assistant (Back Office) Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - We are looking for a polished and professional medical assistant to join our healthcare team. You will perform a combination of various administrative and clinical tasks. Administrative responsibilities include greeting patients as they arrive, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and updating and filing patients? medical records. Clinical responsibilities include basic medical assistant duties, such as but not limited to; blood pressure, EKG, administering injections and collecting specimens; assist medical provider with procedures.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Med Spa, Dermatology or Weight Loss industry experience
Experience in assisting provider with dispensing medication to patients
Previous experience upselling and cross-selling to customers
Required Candidate Availability:
Flexible schedule (locations open as early as 6:30 am and close as late as 7:30 pm)
Saturday hours (all locations operate from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm)
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Associate's Degree or Certificate in Medical Assisting
