Skills and Experience
Proven track record in achieving personal, store and company goals.
Must drive results and focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Ability to meet and exceed sales expectations and sales goals.
Responsible for store functions including, but not limited to: opening, closing, freight processing procedures and all day to day store activities.
Follow company sales initiatives and customer service protocol to exceed company goals.
Qualifications
Must possess prior customer service experience.
Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, night and holidays.
Primarily works on the sales floor in a retail environment. Requires standing throughout working shifts and proactive interaction with customers and staff.
Perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Minimum of 1 year in the customer service industry.
Bilingual a plus.
