STATUS: Full-time, hourly
SCHEDULE: Day shift, occasional overtime

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment to assist with the review and analysis of inspection and audit reports for accuracy and integrity of information. This position provides a high level of customer service to inspectors and clients; building and maintaining strong client relationships is an essential function of this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain job list to ensure timely transfer of information to clients.
Provide coaching and support to contractors regarding procedures and questions.
Respond to client and contractor issues in an efficient and timely manner; work with department personnel to resolve issues and answer question that may arise.
Effectively communicate extensive knowledge of inspection process, products and services with contractors and clients.
Coordinate and facilitate inspections; verify order information; locate closest qualified contractors and coordinate job orders, provide follow up to issues or concerns of the client; act as liaison between client and contractor, and handle all details to ensure a successful inspection.
Develop extensive knowledge of inspection process, products, and services.
Review and analyze inspection/audit reports for accuracy. Make corrections as needed before sending final report to client.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
Read, write, and speak English at an acceptable level to perform job functions.
Work in a team environment with close attention to detail; work independently with only general direction; handle and meet multiple deadlines.
