We are a tech-forward and non-traditional accounting boutique in Seattle. Our clients are from various industries - particularly real estate, property management, medical and dentistry, technology and retail.
Our boutique practice is growing fast and we are seeking a dynamic individual with a combination of accounting, business and financial analytics experience to join our team long term.
We are looking for someone who is energetic and enjoys working with numbers.
Our company strives to deliver only the highest quality work to our clients, and is not afraid to explore new solutions for financial management. We are looking for someone who not only enjoys accounting, but also is interested in being part of the business development strategy for the practice. There is plenty of room for growth.
Work may include:
1. Research, install and diagnose the technology systems used by our clients
2. Financial forensic
3. Create and design dashboards, stats and financial models
4. Research tax compliance
5. Payroll Setup and Processing
6. Client relations
7. Diagnose accounting and data errors
8. Setup and design bookkeeping processes
9. Month-End Financial Close
10. General day to day bookkeeping
Your qualities:

Requirements of skill set/experience:
1. Accounting:
GAAP and Cash accounting basis
Reconciliations
Journal Entries
Accruals and Prepaids
Excel (pivot table, index, v lookups, relationship between two tables in Excel)
Strong mathematics
Cost Accounting
Bookkeeping
2. Data analytics skills: can extract, analyze, describe, and use data
3. Accounting tools:
Excel (required)
