Sales Representative Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Direct Sales Engraver
If you are a Production Engraver in the graphic arts industry and wish to move up to a Sales Position, then you are our candidate. We are looking for Hand Engravers in the Atlanta area that have the desire to move up to a Sales Position. This person would sell our products and also assist our customers with engraving design that are a normal part of a sales call. We are a world leader in the manufacturing of engraved products and associated supplies as well as distribution and International operations. Our business services the Graphic Arts Industry. Our products are utilized to decorate, enhance, and add value to a wide range of diverse products. This candidate must have at least 5 years of ?hands on? experience with brass engraving and/or photo engraving in the graphic arts industry. This candidate would be given a territory, a company car and a competitive salary. The qualified candidate will be reporting to the National Sales Manager and work to acquire new and existing accounts. The position is in a fast-paced environment where autonomy is appreciated and rewarded.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proactively sell our products and services
Provide assistance and guidance to customers
Educate customers
Coordinate internal and external processing
Communicate via phone, fax, and e-mail with internal and external customers
Build and maintain customer relationships
Provide customer service, responding in a timely manner
Maintain a specific sales geographic territory
Aid customers with technical support both by phone and in person
Requirements:
At least 5 years Sales or Customer Service experience
Brass and Photo Engraving experience in the Graphic Arts Industry
Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
Bachelor degree or higher
Driver's License
