Telemarketing Agent / Entry Level Sales Representative Job Opening in Smyrna, Georgia - Description: Sales Representative
Job Purpose: To manage client relations and make required adjustments. We are looking to fill 10+ openings immediately for these Client Relations/Entry Level Sales Representative positions. Candidate will serve as the first point of contact to customers for our clients. Candidate will make OB calls to complete enrollments, conversions; responding to requests; resolving complaints; maintaining quality service and all other duties as assigned.
Hours: 10 A.M ? 7 P.M Monday ? Friday (flexible schedule available after training)
All candidates must have 2+ years of prior telemarketing or collections experience to be considered. (THESE ARE NOT COLLECTION POSITIONS)
