We are looking for inbound Call Center Customer Service Representatives in the Clearwater area. In this position one will be responsible for answering all incoming calls from outside sources and responding to the calls appropriately, while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor and will be utilizing scheduling software so computer knowledge is a MUST.
Requirements:
Previous call center / customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED (must be able to show proof is requested)
Previous healthcare industry experience is preferred
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software.
Must type 30 wpm.
