Job Description
Manage end to end recruiting process:
Perform detailed analysis on talent, compensation and market saturation based geographic presence
Understand talent needs within various business units through active conversations with hiring partners and human resources
Conduct targeted research to locate and source qualified active and passive candidates
Screen and assess candidates, present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration
Facilitate and participate in candidate interviews and debriefing sessions
Lead and manage the employment offer process, teaming key decisions makers, to include formulating, negotiating, and extending offers * Develop and manage new and innovative recruiting strategies
Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and communicating to key stakeholders
Partner with external agencies, when appropriate, to include negotiating terms of the vendor agreement
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Education :
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Bachelor?s degree preferred
Experience :
· Three to Five years? recruiting experience
· One or more years in an office or administrative setting
Technical Skills / Knowledge:
· Intermediate MS office computer skills
