Job Description:
Design and Build data processing workflows for the Compliance and Global Human Resources application. Analyze business and technical requirements, design and develop data processing applications, and implement. Support and enhance new and existing applications as per requirements. Work with business analysts, business solutions, architects and testers to ensure all designs and codes adhere to business/system requirements and database application development principles adhering to the enterprise and control function technology standards and process. Work on all phases of the software development life cycle. Perform unit testing, performance tuning, and monitor, troubleshoot and provide responses to business or client inquiries in a timely fashion. Maintain and update design and run books to ensure continuous support from outside Support teams. Develop prototypes and proof of concepts as required for development of software.
Qualification
10 or more years of experience
Computer Science or IT related Bachelor's degree
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving
Strict attention to detail and dedication to flawless work product
SQL Server
SSIS and SSRS
T-SQL
C#
MVC
Good in query optimization and performance tuning
Good Communication in both written and verbal
