Inside Sales Manager Job Opening in Olathe, Kansas - TAFS is currently hiring for a Sales Account Manager with a base pay plus biweekly unlimited bonus potential! This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday daytime hours. Our ideal candidate would be self-motivated, energetic and competitive.
Job duties include:
Utilizing various tools/methods to attract potential clients
Explaining TAFS services to potential clients
Cold calling 3-hours per day
Selling the services and benefits of factoring with TAFS
Performing timely follow-up on inquiries
Maintaining new clients to oversee contract compliance
Retaining and growing client base
Stay up-to-date with changes in the industry (competition, trucking industry, and selling techniques)
This job requires:
At least 1-2 years of Sales experience, preferred
Ability to learn and sell a service and ultimately close sales opportunities by providing excellent salesmanship
Desire to work in a competitive inside sales environment
Excellent customer relations and communication skills
Driven to reach monthly and quarterly goals in a performance based position
Capability to build rapport and relationships over the phone by extending knowledge of TAFS value added proposition
Proven record of meeting and exceeding goals and expectations
Eagerness to be a part of a growing organization in an ever-changing industry
Outgoing, confident personality with reliable punctuality and dependability
Accountable, organized and efficient in all assigned duties
