Title: Sales Associate
Basic Function:
To offer administrative and sales support for the Agent/employer in the production of multi-line insurance products.
Principal Accountabilities:
? Sales of new lines of business where Sales Associate carries an active license
? Cross-Sell including client reviews
? Prepare sales proposals
? Set up seminars
? Pre-approach mailings
? Other production duties as assigned
Secondary Accountabilities:
? Maintain prospect data base
? Handle policy changes
? Computer updates and review client records
? Record Keeping
? Handle phone calls
Qualifications:
? Minimum hiring age 18
? High School diploma or equivalent
? State Insurance License - P/C or life mandatory, health and FINRA optional
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Sales ability
? Keyboard skills of 45 WPM
? Computer knowledge
? Excellent organizational skills
? Motivated, self-starter
? Reasonable and predictable attendance
? All Non-Affiliated Appointments cancelled
