Job description:
Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) products face to face and over the phone
Provide the highest level of customer service to consumers and existing customers
Develop strong relationships with sales and service staff
Manage multiple computer systems while interacting with customers
Adhere to compliance guidelines and state regulations
This is a high volume and extremely fast paced agency
Demonstrate passion, drive, empathy, and encouragement to others
Display the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and respect
Exceed sales objectives

Qualifications:
Positive attitude and excellent conversation skills
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Property & Casualty License preferred. If unlicensed, passing the P&C Insurance License Exam in your state of residency is required for your employment
P&C sales, Life or Financial Services sales experience a plus
Strong business knowledge and ability to develop relationships across sales and service teams
Schedule: A typical schedule will include two day shifts 9am-5:30pm, two evening shifts 12:30pm-9pm, Saturday hours 10am-6pm, one rotating Sunday every 6-8 weeks 12pm-6pm.
