Creative Content Manager/Social Media Specialist Job Opening in Burlington, Massachusetts - Harger Howe Advertising, a three-location ad agency specializing in recruitment marketing with expertise in areas such as healthcare, energy and retail is seeking to hire our next Creative Content Manager/Social Media Specialist . The role is a unique one in that it involves elements of a client-facing role and other elements that are distinctly behind the scenes.
The Creative Content Manager/Social Media Specialist will report to the agency?s President, but will be expected to collaborate with all members of the agency team including Account Managers and
Above all, the Creative Content Manager/Social Media Specialist will be in charge of all client digital content. This includes, but is not limited to:
Being the key agency expert in the Hubspot Inbound Marketing platform. If you are NOT Hubspot certified, it is not required to apply, but the candidate would be expected to become certified and we will help with that process.
Managing Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts for the agency and for our clients (some via Hubspot, some natively).
Writing blogs for clients and the agency.
Acting as the go-between with outside writers, vendors and agency account managers
Creating downloadable premium content for agency new business leads
Keyword strategy and research.
Social advertising creation and monitoring.
Introducing new clients to inbound recruitment marketing.
Ongoing client check-ins regarding inbound initiatives.
It is essential that we find someone who is?
?comfortable communicating professionally, but warmly on the phone, via email and in person.
?full of fresh ideas and is interested in trying them.
?able to offer excellent organizational/time management skills to the team.
?interested in a job where no two days are exactly alike.
?fascinated by learning new things.
?willing to obtain various Hubspot certifications immediately
?able to teach others, but also learn from different team members too.
?able to follow client directions and make recommendations in an educated manner when needed.
?willing to lend a hand on other projects such as media planning if it is necessary (we?re a team ? and sometimes it?s all hands on deck!)
?at least minimally familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and is willing to learn more.
