Assistant Bookkeeper Job Opening in Miami, Florida - Swim n Sport is a seeking an experienced Assistant Bookkeeper for our Doral Florida Office.
THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Full function of accounts payable and accounts receivables
Accurate data entry of information into accounting programs such as QuickBooks
High volume journal entries
Daily manipulation of data working in MS Excel spreadsheets (extraction and formation)
Job Requirements
Key attributes:
Excellent communication skills ? verbal and written-Fluent in English
High attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skill
Team player
Excellent time management / ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or related field
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency with MS Office Suite programs is a Must
Proficiency with accounting programs such as QuickBooks
Stable work history with increasing responsibility in accounting
All viable candidates will be required to take an Excel Assessment Test
