Category Marketing Manager
This Category Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall promotion of a medical device product category to maximize sales. Relationship building with vendors and marketing will be required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support field sales team with marketing collateral and traveling 2 days per month
Analyze data to determine industry and consumer trends
Create long-term development strategies for product categories
Forecast product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category of infection prevention
Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products
JOB
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, marketing or related field
At least 3 years of experience as category manager or similar role
Experience in the medical device industry preferred
Must have an analytical mind with a strategic ability
Expert with Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
