Job Description: Neutralpoint Architects is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, talented design and/or production architect with experience in architectural design, contract documents and specifications relating specifically for healthcare projects. Candidates should be able to understand all the different diagnostic modalities, and also have knowledge of medical planning and modern healthcare delivery. This requires coordinating the work of both the architectural and engineering team(s) through SD, DD, CD and the construction phases of a project. This requires managing internal coordination meetings, client meetings and reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
Qualifications
BS/BA Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university required (Master's Degree a plus)
Previous experience in an architectural or firm
Software proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient with AutoCAD 2012+ (Current versions including 2014 preferred)
Significant Revit experience (Version 2017 preferred)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong leadership and self-motivation skills and abilities
Comprehensive understanding of various building codes
Experience in all phases of design and construction
Good client and team management skills and great customer service abilities
