PRE-ARRIVAL SUPPORT ANALYST
SARASOTA, FL (JOB ID 415669)
The pre-arrival support analyst is responsible for monitoring accuracy of schedules and performing random audits to keep with quality metrics within department standards. The Analyst works in coordination with ancillary departments to provide the most efficient processes and use of resources. Maintains data and quality integrity for all involved systems in coordination with the Pre-Arrival Analyst.
Job Requirements
The selected candidate will have a Bachelor degree in appropriate field is required. Two (2) years of scheduling software or equivalent. One (1) year of experience using SMHCS systems or multi-location system for large hospital system is required. Three (3) years of personal computer experience is required. Requires demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology. Requires tactfulness diplomacy and the ability to handle any situation with professionalism. Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) Certification from the National Associate of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) is required or must be able to obtain within one (1) year from date of hire.
