This position is the lead technical role that is responsible for designing, developing, writing, implementing and developing this enterprise software application.
This individual should have an advanced level of knowledge in various programming languages and proven past experience. Ability to work with other groups in the engineering department to support projects and day-to-day operations as defined by management. Continuously works to improve personal, technical, and business skills in order to provide the best service possible.
Key skills:
Expertise in current computer hardware and software
Advanced knowledge in development language (, PHP, HTML,
C#, ASP MVC, JQUERY etc.)
Strong communication skills
Ability to review program requirements and objectives.
Ability to work in a team
Eye for detail and identifying problems
An understanding of business
Analytical and commercial experience
Experience with the health care sector and regulations (HIPAA, HiTech Compliance, PCI, SOX)
Mobile Apps experience a plus
LTC experience preferable

10+ years of demonstrated experience in development and design
Personally challenge themselves and others to improve quality and productivity. Must be self motivated
Possess leadership qualities
