Key Responsibilities and Accountability But Not Limited To:
Assist with patient intake for new, potential, and existing patients: including but not limited to vitals, patient clinical photos, date entry
Document patient demographics and current medical symptoms into patient chart via practice EMR
Ensure accuracy when entering patient medical history and medications in patient chart and EMR
Assist physician with sterile and non-sterile procedures
Perform set-up and clean-up of exam and procedure rooms throughout the day
Record inventory levels for medical supplies and communicate needs to practice manager
Communicate patient symptoms and concerns with physician
Answer practice phones as needed
Greet and check in patients
Other duties as assigned by physician or practice manager
Requirements:
Knowledge of Healthcare field and medical terminology
Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
Ability to work independently and as member of team
CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain prior to hiring
