Healthcare Eligibility Coordinator (Troy, MI) Job Opening in Troy, Michigan - A Third Party Administrator office is seeking a candidate with healthcare administration and COBRA experience. Candidate should be able to communicate well with all levels of clients and professionals. Candidate will be responsible for answering participant calls/inquiries and determining eligibility for Healthcare benefits with knowledge of COBRA rules and guidelines. This is a fast paced environment with quality work expected.
Requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
PC Skills (Word/Excel
Self-Motivated
Organized
Customer Service Skills with experience in Healthcare eligibility and COBRA
Spanish as a second language is a plus
