Staff Accountant Job Opening in Harbor City, California - Mission of the position
Maintain and control the General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the organization and handle Bryant Rubber?s day-to-day accounting transactions
Role and Responsibilities
Assist the CFO with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the Accounting Department
Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with the company policies
Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations
Run costing utilities for both sites and export inventory valuation and WIP balance report to an Excel format
Prepare all initial Financial Planning and Proforma documentation for CFO review
Prepare and file sales tax return (Monthly and Quarterly)
