Roofing Sales/Estimator Job Opening in Tempe, Arizona - We looking for a highly motivated person to help build and strengthen our roofing division. Applicants need to have a well-rounded knowledge of a variety of roof systems, be able and willing to perform roof inspections and have experience with residential and commercial environments.
Managing roof jobs and data inside and outside the office are also key components of this position. With an emphasis on sales your days will be spent building new business relationships as well as strengthening our existing customer base.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to communicate ideas, thoughts, pertinent information and concerns accurately.
Able to gather necessary information (photos, measurements, etc), estimate jobs accurately, order materials, manage ongoing projects and follow through with customer contact until the completion of any job.
Provide job updates in job management software in the office and via a mobile app.
Ability to collect necessary paperwork from customers, subcontractors, etc before and at the end of each job.
Ensure that the customer is satisfied upon job completion with thorough follow up.

This is a full-time position, hours are typically Monday-Friday. 8-5 with some evenings and weekend work as necessary.
