POSITION OVERVIEW : Self-motivated energetic Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team.
Can be a recent graduate or have 1~3 years work experience in apparel showroom. There is a growth potential with opportunity to be promoted within the sales department.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to) :
Work closely with Sales to handle all tasks needed to ensure orders are processed and shipped as delivery date
Supply production team with information to initiate the product process for orders
Strong organization skills, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and flexible to the needs of total department
Detailed and understand T&A calendar
Work with design team for art related needs to meet retailer request
Making sure reference/fit samples are sent out in a timely manner and communicate with appropriate department for production needs
Communicate with Overseas' Dept. of any changes/updates in all phases of production process
QUALIFICATION
Strong understand of the Apparel Industry
Must be a team player with exceptional organization, written and verbal communication skill
Initiate/sense of the urgency and demonstrate problem solving skill
Able to multiple task under pressure with delivery date to meet
Proficiency with Winfashion is a plus

Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
