Staff/Senior Accountant Job Opening in Columbus, Ohio - Family real estate business with holdings throughout the US is seeking to add an Accountant at it's corporate location. Great opportunity for a motivated individual who is a team player and enjoys working for a smaller size organization. Will work closely with Controller and be responsible for month end close, consolidated financial statement preparation account reconciliations and analysis for a portfolio of properties.
Ideal Staff/Senior Accountant will possess a BS Finance/Accounting and 5+ years experience. Looking for a candidate who has a strong grasp of accounting concepts and has prepared financial statements, is a quick learner who can work well with all levels of management. Need strong system skills including high level Excel. Experience with MRI and investor/partner financial reporting an added plus!
