We pride ourselves in having on average 40% of our new business each month from previous customers and referrals.
We have immediate openings for Sales Consultants for the Phoenix Metropolitan area . This is a full time commission based position. We provide daily qualified In-Home Consultations with the goal of selling a vast array of custom iron products (average 3 per day). There is no cold calling. This position requires drive, self-motivation, the desire to help customers, confidence (without arrogance), and a high degree of professionalism that is in line with the company?s core values.

Requirements
At least 3 or more years of Strong Sales experience.
Above average Persuasive Selling and Negotiation Skills.
Excellent Measuring Skills.
Exceptional verbal communication skills for over the phone and in person customer interactions.
Energetic and Attention to Detail a Must.
Portrays outstanding customer service skills at all times.
Home Improvement and Construction experience not required, but a plus.
Computer proficiency to include IPAD experience and CRM.
A good driving record is required.
Have a professional demeanor and appearance.
Full benefit package after 60 days
