Eco3d is a company that utilizes state-of-the-art 3d imaging technologies to create computer models in 2d and 3d of large building interiors, exteriors and surrounding topography. We serve architects, engineers, and contractors throughout North America helping them control labor expense and material costs. We are the single largest company in our industry and continue to have explosive growth.
We are adding Customer Service Representatives in our Phoenix office to continue to grow our business and assist clients. The CSR will build relationships with clients who work within construction; hospitality; retail and other vertical markets. This will be done by spending a significant amount of time on the phone and sending emails asking questions to learn about the end user and their upcoming needs. Our process is to understand the end user and create awareness. We want to know our clients better than they know themselves. The ultimate mission is to drive sales revenue, but more importantly to build lasting relationships whereby you?re their individual consultant.
Your success will be determined by your ability to interview your client and listen to their needs, and craft a customized solution to the problems you?ve identified.
Required experience includes:
2+ Years working in a customer service position or inside sales
Business to business career experience
Excellent listening skills
Excellent phone skills
Excellent written communication
Type 40 WPM
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Good computer skills
Extremely enthusiastic
Competitive drive
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired skills:
Previous experience working with
Key account management experience
SalesForce experience
Some sales experience or lead generation
Basic understanding of finance
