Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Fayetteville, Arkansas - Premier Animal Health Outside Sales Representative: The Premier Animal Health Outside Sales Representative will generate sales, market share and profitability results for the associated territory and will handle the development of the market, customer ad industry knowledge along with further development of technical product knowledge. The Sales Representative will contact customers via face to face meetings and build/maintain rapport with customers. The Sales Representative will act as a liaison between the company and the grower.
Attends critical meetings and provides business reviews and sales solutions. Is well prepared at any given time, planned and unplanned, to present business reviews and sales solutions to all levels of the organization. Manages up when necessary to get answers and shares information so that all solutions are well rounded, thought out and presented. Maintains files and reports as needed on customer-specific data, as well as any other pertinent sales information.
Problem and solution management. Intently listens to the customer and places immediate action to the situation providing solution the first time. Knows where to looks for the right answers by drawing on Premier Animal Health experts as required. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solution according to customer needs and objectives. Brings solutions rather than merely opinions to every issue.
Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. As a member of the Team, fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues; e.g., direction, annual plan, budget, policy changes, etc. Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues and actively look for ways, and reinforce actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization.
Premier Animal Health Operating systems principle?s and objectives : Is familiar with Premier Animal Health?s established operating systems (e.g. quality, security, office environment, company policies, LEAN); understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with the systems and this position's role in support of these systems - including a consideration of the impact of individual actions on the systems and the responsibility to communicate concerns and improvement ideas.

Physical Activities: Enters and locates information on a computer. Visually verifies information, often in small print. Presents information to small or large groups. Communicates with Customers, Vendors, or Employees via telephone, in person, and/or electronic mail. Ability to lift at least fifty (50) pounds at any given time.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): As required by visiting facility.
Travel: Frequent domestic travel, up to but not limited to 75% of any given month.
Technical Experience: 5 years? experience in the poultry industry
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or 4 years related work experience.
