Sales Account Manager - Fuels Job Opening in Little Rock, Arkansas - A leading independent producer of high-quality, specialist fuel products are seeking a Sales Account Manager, Fuels to maintain the current client base in addition to expanding the client portfolio within the geography capitalizing on current leads and developing new prospects.
You will be the face of the marketing and business development department at the flagship refinery facility, whereby you will manage the supply and capitalize on the business development opportunities in the area.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains and further develops current client base and pursues opportunities to expand client portfolio with minimal supervisor guidance.
Evaluates and monitors daily petroleum product production and inventories.
Works daily with pricing and supply manager to establish pricing strategies.
Collects and analyzes market research to verify price information and also potential sales opportunities.
Manages customers? product allocations.
Identifies and executes commercial fuels opportunities for the assigned territory
Supports other company departments with assigned petroleum product transactions.
Verifies all necessary documentation as it relates to the accounting department for the sale of petroleum products
Assists with crisis management in response to supply interruptions which may include production, loading, rack, or transportation issues.
Researches and resolves invoicing or loading issues relating to the sale of assigned petroleum products
Represents the company at industry functions and association meetings.
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor?s degree in a business or related field is required. MBA preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the petroleum industry is required.
