Our Night Auditor works the overnight making certain that all guest enjoy a comfortable experience, while also handling some accounting tasks to prepare the hotel for a new business day.
We are looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests? needs and complaints. You?ll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone and in person. If you?ve worked in the hospitality industry before, we definitely want to talk to you. However, we are willing to train the right applicant.
Responsibilities:
Register and assign rooms to guests
Confirm phone and online reservations
Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
Collect payment from departing guests
Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Ability to build rapport with guests
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus
